📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong with worldwide delivery via DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

How long does shipping take?
Express shipping: 3-7 business days. Standard shipping: 7-15 business days. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $500 USD.

What warranty do you provide?
All products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. NVIDIA GPUs include the original manufacturer warranty. Extended warranty options are available.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?
