Returns & Exchange
Due to the value and feature of network products, each sale of the item on the storefront is not refundable. However, each sale is exchangeable under normal working condition and non-human damage within 30 days of purchase.
We provide you a 30-day-exchange for each item sold on the storefront if it is under normal working condition and non-human damage.
If you need to exchange for the same item or claim warranty, send us an email at email@example.com with your receipt and we'll give you one-on-one support for further instruction.
You will be responsible for paying costs for sending back the item you want to exhange; we'll cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
