Complete security control strategy

The H3C S2126-EI switch supports four output queues per port and supports two types of queue scheduling algorithms: WRR scheduling algorithm and HQ+WRR scheduling algorithm. Packets can be placed in the output queue of the port with different priorities. It supports bidirectional rate limiting on the port. The control rate of the rate limit is up to 64 Kbps.
